My journey in IT and business started 17 years ago. Since then I've grown into a leader who values transparency, honesty, and fact- and data-driven approach – always with a focus on concrete, tangible and measurable results.
Passion for mathematics led me to study IT. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a Master's degree in Information Systems and Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU). I am a systematic and conceptual thinker.

Abstract buzzwords tossed around in every other meeting and workshop, or hanging on a wall without a clear definition of how to achieve them, usually lead nowhere. When I see "trust & communication" written on a wall in a company, my first question is: "How? How do you intend to move towards this and how do you want to measure it?"
I do not believe in directive leadership – it only has a place in crises and for the short term. Systemic, transformational, or servant leadership works much better in the long run.
Putting out fires in meetings and relying on personal charisma only works temporarily – the moment such a person leaves, the problem returns. I build solutions that make conceptual and systemic sense regardless of who happens to be sitting in the manager's chair.
Meetings should serve exclusively for alignment, not to compensate for non-existent processes, missing structures, or unclear role definitions.
Culture is not what a company has in its newsletter or on the intranet, but what management actually rewards. Culture is supported by processes – while processes don't define it, they can very effectively destroy it.
From global enterprise systems to agile startups
Most of my experience comes from complex enterprise environments for top industry corporations, where I designed and managed large-scale projects, platforms, and programs.
However, this does not stop me from helping owners, founders, and managers of smaller companies and startups. I can help you properly define your vision, strategy, and product, and set up working processes and structures so you can grow efficiently and without unnecessary mistakes.
I am not a classic project manager. I bring in-depth insight across the entire company spectrum. I am a manager who has gone through development, design, release management, change management, agility, business, and finance.
I have experienced major agile transformations as an agile consultant and Scrum Master, while also managing million-dollar waterfall projects across 80+ countries. I understand both worlds and know how to connect them effectively.
I don't just handle coordination, Jira tickets, and escalations. I help with project delivery while also understanding how products are born – from customer journey, story mapping, and prioritization through customer feedback to measuring real value. I understand the full spectrum from strategy and finance to PMO.
For over 10 years, I have been studying psychology, which allows me to better handle team dynamics, manage resistance to change, and lead people without micromanagement.
I specialize in process optimization, waste elimination, setting up clear structures, and building long-term sustainability without unnecessary bureaucracy.

I also provide mentoring for delivery managers and project managers regardless of seniority – whether a beginner needs to set up the basics or an experienced manager needs to solve a complex issue.
