Senior IT Delivery Leader & Strategist
My passion for mathematics led me to study IT. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and subsequently my Master's degree in Informatics – Information Systems and Management from the Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague. I am a systematic and conceptual thinker.
Over the years, I have walked through various roles that help me view organizations from multiple perspectives:
I have gathered experience across industries such as Aviation, Telecommunications, HR, and FMCG.
Since April and July 2026 respectively, I am a certified PMP and PMI-ACP.
I reject directive leadership – it belongs only in short-term crises. Long-term success relies on systemic, transformational, or servant leadership.
I am not a fan of meetings. Meetings should serve exclusively for alignment, not as a replacement for missing processes, structural gaps, or unclear role definitions.
I dislike abstract buzzwords thrown around in meetings or workshops without a clear execution plan. When I see „trust & communication“ written on a corporate wall, my first question is: „How? How do you plan to move towards it and how will you measure it?“
Vision without a concrete strategy and measurable steps is just a piece of paper.
Culture is not what a company writes in its newsletter or intranet, but what management actually rewards. Culture is supported by processes – processes do not define culture, but they can efficiently destroy it.
I do not rely on short-term fixes or firefighting through meetings and personal charisma, because those vanish the moment a person leaves the room. I build solutions that provide systematic and conceptual sense regardless of who sits in the management chair.
Because I am not a traditional project manager. I bring deep insights across the entire corporate spectrum. I am a manager who has gone through development, design, release management, change management, agility, business, and finance.
I have experienced large agile transformations as an agile consultant and Scrum Master, while simultaneously managing multi-million waterfall projects across 80+ countries. I understand both worlds and how to bridge them effectively.
I don't just coordinate tickets in Jira and handle escalations. I drive delivery while understanding how products are born – from customer journey, story mapping, and prioritization to customer feedback and real value realization.
For over 10 years, I have studied psychology, allowing me to better handle team dynamics, manage resistance to change, and lead people without micromanagement.
I specialize in process optimization, waste elimination, building clear structures, and ensuring long-term sustainability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
